Neurodivergent describes a collection of conditions found in 20% of the population. These conditions include autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more. These aren't just labels; they represent a unique way of thinking and problem solving. In fact, for many insurance jobs, a neurodivergent brain represents a competitive advantage, not a disability.
The insurance world is vast with roles ranging from actuaries, to QA analysts, leaders, and producers. But here is the twist. Each of these roles can be a perfect match for someone with a neurodivergent condition. 3 tier mentorship program offers support and coaching outside of the employer relationship.
We offer qualified employers an opportunity to interview, intern, and hire qualified, but overlooked talent.
