Neurodiversity doesn't have to be controversial or complicated.  This session tells insurance leaders what they need to know about neurodiversity in 90 minutes.  At the end of the session, leaders should understand the basics of neurodiversity and why digital distribution needs neurodivergent talent. 

Advocates agree the biggest challenge for neurodivergent job seekers is traditional interviews.   At each event, we conduct task oriented interviews to recruit, train, and place talent for our digital distibution cohorts.  Meet job candidates, see the process in action, and assess how your current hiring process impacts the size of the pool of talent you are recruiting from.
